am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you for the information of Mr. Secretary Cardwell, that they
are pleased to sanction the annual expenditure of
$1,344 (one thousand three hundred and forty-four Dollars) for the staff of Supervision
of the Waterworks at Victoria Hongkong.
